Táo rửa sạch, bổ đôi, dùng muỗng múc bỏ lõi và 1 lượng ruột táo. Đun sôi nước, cho heavy cream và sốt caramel vào khuấy đều. Kế tiếp cho bột gelatine vào vừa đun vừa khuấy trong 2-3 phút. Vặn nhỏ lửa, cho đường nâu vào khuấy đều trước khi tắt bếp.

Táo để lên 1 cái khay cupcake để cố định. Rót thạch lỏng ra phần táo, để yên trong khoảng 1 tiếng cho thạch nguội rồi cho vào tủ lạnh nhé.
