Đậu hủ nhồi thịt sốt cà chua siêu yummy, ăn với cơm nóng bao hao cơm. Có thể nhồi thịt sẵn, bỏ ngăn đông rồi khi nào ăn thì lấy ra chiên lên, ăn trong vòng 3-4 ngày là tốt nhất nha!
Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu: Nấm mèo ngâm nước ấm; cà chua bi ngâm nước muối, rửa sạch sau đó thái kiểu dưa hấu.
Lấy 1 cái tô, cho thịt heo xay, nấm mèo, tỏi băm, hành tím băm, gia vị, ướp 5 phút.
Cho chảo lên bếp, cho dầu ăn vào, dầu nóng cho đậu hủ vào rán vàng 2 mặt, sau đó vớt ra để ráo dầu, cho vào ngăn lạnh 5 phút cho ráo dầu và nguội để cho nhân vào.
Cho cà chua vào chảo, cho thêm 1 ít nước, nêm một muỗng canh mật ong, nước mắm và ít muối trắng. Cho lửa nhẹ, dùng vá tán nhuyễn cà chua. Dùng dao rạch phần giữa của miếng đậu hủ, dùng muỗng cho nhân vào cẩn thận.
Cho đậu hủ đã nhồi thịt vào chảo, cho sốt cà chua vào, đậy nắp 3 phút, trở mặt đậy nắp 3 phút, tắt bếp.
Lấy đậu hủ ra cho vào dĩa, đổ phần sốt lên bề mặt, cho thêm 1 ít tiêu xay cho thơm. Thế là món đậu hủ nhồi thịt sốt cà chua ngon lành đã hoàn tất rồi nhé! Ăn ngay với cơm nóng, siêu ngon luôn. Chúc cả nhà thành công nha!
